Through A Glass....Darkly
Bio: "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 1 Corinthians 13:12. I feel like I’ve been writing this blog all of my adult life - In my mind, on nightstand tablets, on sleeves of toilet tissue and scraps of paper. Anais Nin said, “We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospect." Ahh to taste life twice – and parts of it to spew all over the page! We all live a different narrative. But it is all His story weaved with grace and forgiveness. As I write, I’m not sure who all will read this blog (except my mom – because she’s my mom). “Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisors they succeed” Proverbs 15:22. This blog is for the glory of God and if one person reads it and they are inspired to seek Him then this effort has been all worthwhile. If it does nothing but bring me closer to the one I call my Savior; it is all worthwhile.
